Last updated: August 21, 2026. What Vishnova Labs LLC collects through this website, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Vishnova Labs LLC ("Vishnova Labs," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website located at vishnovalabs.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.
This policy covers vishnovalabs.com only. Our products — BuildSect, CCed, and Pushpak — are separate applications with their own accounts, data practices, and (where applicable) their own privacy policies.
Information we collect
The Site does not require an account, and we do not collect information from you simply by your visiting it.
If you use the contact form, we collect:
- Your name and email address
- The message you write to us
- Any additional context you choose to provide, such as your industry, the service you're asking about, your budget range, or your timeline
We do not currently use analytics, tracking cookies, or any third-party advertising or measurement tools on this Site. If that changes in the future, we will update this policy before doing so.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit through the contact form for one purpose: to read your message and reply to you. We do not add your email address to a mailing list, newsletter, or automated sequence. If you've visited the Site, you may have noticed we say this directly: "One reply from a person, within a business day. No sequence, no newsletter." We mean it, and this policy exists partly to make that commitment enforceable, not just a line of marketing copy.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties.
Third-party service providers
To operate the Site and respond to messages, we rely on a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:
- Resend — delivers the email generated when you submit the contact form. Resend processes the contents of your submission solely to transmit it to us. See Resend's own privacy policy at resend.com for details on how they handle that data in transit.
- Vercel — hosts the Site itself. Standard web server logs (such as IP address and browser type) may be processed by Vercel as part of normal hosting operations, independent of anything you submit through the contact form.
We do not use any other third-party processors for data collected through this Site as of the date above.
Data retention
We retain contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of business correspondence. If you'd like us to delete a message you've sent us, contact us using the details below and we will honor that request.
Your choices
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you from a contact form submission
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete information you've previously submitted
To make any of these requests, email us at the address below. We'll respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable time.
Children's privacy
The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Site or our practices change. We'll update the date at the top when we do. Material changes — anything that would meaningfully affect how we handle information you've already given us — will be communicated directly if we have a way to reach you.
